Useful Info regarding refunds, turnaround times, payment et al!
Regarding the rights of the image
The finished piece is yours to keep and use as you please. But it cannot be used for comercial purposes. If you desire to purchase a piece that you intend to use for comercial uses (ex. Books, posters for selling, videogame concept art, assets, etc.) please let me know and we can arrange a good price depending on the scope of your project!
I reserve the right to use your commission to promote my services (In my portfolio, patreon, social media content, for example). I won’t attribute myself the right to the character, obviously.
Important details
-
The prices on the price chart are approximations. The actual cost of your commission may vary according to its complexity.
-
Extra character costs varies according to its complexity!
-
Once the commission is finished and approved, I will send you a JPG and PNG file via e-mail or WeTransfer Link. If you need the PSD file, you can request it with no extra fees.
Payment
I accept paypal mostly. Only exception being if you are from Mexico, and in such case, payment via Oxxo or SPEI is also available.
You don't need to pay a thing until I get to your slot! But the invoice must be paid in advance before I can work on it. Payment plans can be arranged on special cases and on commissions of 100+ USD, but the commission must be paid fully in order for me to finish it and deliver the files.

Paypal Fees are already included in the price

Turnarounds & WIPs
You do not need to pay to claim a slot. To claim a slot, fill the forms on the opening post, if it gets selected and posted, the slot is yours and you will get a quote and a file with your commission info. After that, all you need to do is wait for your turn! Some orders take a while, and I like to pour a lot of love in everything I do, so I will greatly thank you for your patience! Once I get to your slot we can discuss in greater details what your order can be, and I will send an invoice your way so I can begin working.
When I start working on your commission, I will give you an aproximate turnaround time, which can vary from a few hours to a couple of weeks accoriding to how complex it is.
Around 4 revisions will be made along the process:
-
Pose (just a very crude sketch to see if you like the pose!)
-
Lineart
-
Base colors
-
Final
Complex Shade, however, is a completely different beast. Depending on the character and its design, its going to have very different phases. You can expect these:
-
Very crude sketch to define the pose and the background
-
Grayscale painting
-
Color phase
-
Rendering
I will be sure to explain any differences the process of your commission might have from the norm. And take into account that Complex Shade takes a lot of time!

Corrections
I have poor eyesight and I’m forgetful sometimes (Basically a dumb mole, please bear with me!) any corrections you might need because I forgot to add it, or didn’t quite see a detail, please don’t be afraid to let me know! Those corrections are unlimited and your right as a client.
The conditions for unlimited corrections only apply for characters with Reference Sheets. (See below)
If you need a tweak for a detail that wasn’t caused because my one braincell was fried, you have a cap of 2 free small changes along the process. With the exception of the sketch phase where you can ask for major changes within the realm of reason. This realm of reason being, of course you can’t for example, ask for the character to be sitting, when you said you wanted him to be jumping mid air.
What is not a reference sheet?

A Description of the character: I can totally work with descriptions! But bear in mind I won’t be able to get everything as you imagine quite alright! And you may see how it might get problematic for me to allow infinite corrections on a commission based on pure description.

A Moodboard of the character: This is absolutely better! Visual guides always help a lot to picture what you are going for, and never hesitate to send me moodboards if you do have them, it is especially helpful with newer outfits! However, with the unrestricted nature of the moodboards, it can happen that the client keeps asking for extra/swapping stuff. And that’s where it can get a bit tiresome.

A Fusion between two characters: I love working on fusions! However they run the same risk as the cases above. I might not get them pinpoint perfect and it can get tiresome to be swapping limbs and replaning color schemes.
What can you do to have a smooth process if you intend to commission a piece without a reference sheet?
I’ve done a lot of work where my client didn’t have a reference sheet, and they were very lovely experiences!
A few changes here and there won’t kill anybody! And I’m totally fine with making them. The point where it turns annoying is when the client states/gives references for X thing, and then wants to swap them for Y thing down the line. Also, be clear, concise and don’t be afraid of wipping out some small doodles to give me a solid idea of what you want!
I’m sorry to make so much emphasis on this! Basically what I want to avoid is people trying to trick me into working what would be basically a Custom for the price of a simple commission. (And Yes! I do customs if you are interested on one! Depends on how many revision rounds you want, but they start about 80 USD )
Refunds & Cancelling commissions
You can cancel a commission anytime you want. If you wish to cancel a commission I already started, I will refund you a percentage based on my own criteria, according to how much I’ve worked on it.
I Reserve the right to cancel or decline a commission. Whenever that happens, I will make sure to refund (if payment has been made) an amount according to my own criteria.
What will I draw and what I won’t draw
I do about anything and have no problem with most fetishes.
Although I do prefer to work gore in a not sexualized context, I have no problems if you want to go that kinky route. Regular vore is also okay.

However I do not want to work with scat, diapers or piss. Neither baby-furs, cubs, lolis, NOTHING that implies kids, pretty please. Unless it is on a non-fetish context.
I also would prefer to not work with extremely faithful, animal genitalia. The common stuff on the furry fandom is a-ok, particularly because they aren't even very anatomicaly faithful.
I am going to decline any commission that looks very sus regarding this. I hope you understand.

I’m not comfortable working with TF into unanimated objects that don’t have organic shapes (For example, human into a grill) so its very probably I will decline a commission like that. However, TF into sculptures, plushies and what not are absolutely okay.
How Am I, the artist, allowed to use your commission?
I use commissions and their WIPs as content for my social media, so people can check out what I’ve been doing. I may post commissions on a gallery with less compression, discord, or patreon.
However, I will NEVER post a PSD file from a commission, or a full-res unwatermarked/unsigned image, as that is the client’s property and it should be respected as such. The client has the right to request the PSD file when the time to send the files comes, with no extra fee.
In case you do not wish me to post your commission on any of my platforms, it can be done for a small fee of 7%
I don’t have any problem if you just need me to hold it for a few days/weeks! For example, if you bought the commission as a birthday gift and you are waiting for the date.
If you commission me, you are accepting these conditions. I hope this isn’t a problem. Looking forward working with you! Have a nice day! <3
If you are interested in commissioning me, have a look on my Furaffinity Journals or Patreon posts, as thats where Posts get archived more easily.
